Women in Business Conference

The Women in Business Conference is a highlight of the year for the Women in Business Group, bringing together the fund to celebrate the journeys of prestigious leaders in our society. The objective of the evening is to provide an insight for all students into the challenges facing women in the business world today and the various ways in which they have been overcome. It will allow them to see the business world through the eyes of recognized leaders in society, giving students the confidence to reach their potential. Following the outstanding success of the event in the last few years, we strive to further diversify our panel of speakers and to expand our female membership base to fulfil a true gender-balance.

As well as the annual Conference, the Group organises various panel events which focus on specific topics through the lens of leading figures in industry. Panel discussions range from diversity and inclusion, sustainability and entrepreneurship and advice on career transitions within industry. In addition, the Group has hosted less formal events and mixers, such as brunches, which allow students and mentors to connect.
